1. Information on how to participate in this offer forms part of these conditions of use. Participation in this offer is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. This offer is available in participating Metalicus retail stores for NSW, Vic & WA and through phone orders for all other states on (03) 8415 9812 during the promotional period. Promotional period begins September 2, 2009 and ends on December 2, 2009. 2. Offer is only available in Australia. 3. This offer is made by Metalicus and not by ACP Magazines Ltd (ACP), publisher of Shop Girl magazine. ACP will not be held liable for any failure of Metalicus to honour or fulfil the special discount offer. 4. To redeem the offer of $20 off your next Miss Metalicus purchase when you spend a minimum of $100, (NSW, Vic & WA) visit a Metalicus retail store and present the voucher in store at the time of purchase or (all other states) call (03) 8415 9812 and quote discount code ‘Shop Girl’ at time of purchase. 5. Discount offer is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. Coupon must be original and surrendered at time of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to request the original coupon be sent in as proof of purchase. Only one coupon per person. 6. Neither ACP or the Promoter are responsible for any voucher that is lost, stolen, misplaced or tampered with in any way. This is the responsibility of the voucher holder. 7. Offer does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer. These are the responsibility of the voucher holder. 8. Offer valid on full-priced Miss Metalicus products only while stocks last. Only one transaction per person can be made to redeem the offer. Only one voucher redemption per person is permitted. Offer not available when purchasing sale items and there is no credit on out-of-stock products. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, VIP discount or special promotion. The offer does not apply to delivery or shipping costs. The voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable and non-refundable. 9. Any costs incurred associated with duty and tax are the responsibility of the coupon holder. 10. Coupon holder must abide by all normal Metalicus business guidelines. 11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACP, and its employees, excludes all liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage or personal injury, arising in any way out of a coupon holder participating in this offer, including, without limitation: (a) any technical difficulties; (b) coupons that are late, lost, damaged or misdirected prior to their receipt by the Promoter, or after receipt due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) any variation in the value of the offer to that stated in these conditions of entry; and (d) any tax liability incurred by a coupon holder. 12. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any coupon claimant; and/or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as deemed appropriate by the Promoter. 13.
