There is something so very Michelle Williams about Shia LaBeouf’s new girlfriend, actress Carey Mulligan. Pixie hair cut, fresh-faced innocence, a natural instinct about what looks damn good…

For a 24-year-old who has been spotted on the red carpet wearing Marni, Prada, Lanvin and the like, she’s winning in the style stakes that’s for sure. We’re used to seeing young, up-and-coming actresses in smaller labels – known designer brands, but not on a Louis Vuitton level. And for someone who wasn’t really on our radar til, oh, about three minutes ago, with several films in the making and an Oscar nomination to boot, this little chicken is far from the norm.
