The creator of gourmet food line Lotus & Ming fills her Sydney home with vintage, as well as new treasured dining pieces.

"I love having family and friends around to share a meal - everything in this house revolves around food!" says Karen.

Karen's tips:
1. When I travel, I'm always looking out for unique collectables like teacups and vintage whisky bottles to take home.
2. Keep everyday items, like beautiful plates and serving dishes, out on display. It's a practical way to decorate.
