1. Information on how to participate in this offer forms part of these conditions of use. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. This offer is available at participating Kookaï stores during the promotional period. Promotional period begins June 1, 2009 and ends on July 5, 2009. 2. Offer is available in Australia and New Zealand (not available in NT & Tas). 3. This offer is made by Beba Enterprises Pty Ltd and not by ACP Magazines Ltd (ACP), publisher of Shop Til You Drop magazine. ACP Magazines will not be held liable for any failure of any participating Kookaï stores to honour or fulfill the special discount offer. 4. Upon presentation of an original coupon, the coupon holder will receive a 20 per cent discount on the retail price of their product purchase. 5. Discount offer is not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed as cash. Page must be original and surrendered at time of purchase. Only one coupon per person. Only original coupons will be accepted as valid. 6. ACP and the Promoter are not responsible for any coupon that is lost, stolen, misplaced or tampered with in any way. This is the responsibility of the coupon holder. 7. Offer does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the offer. 8. Offer valid on full-priced products only. Only one transaction per person can be made to redeem the offer. Offer not available when purchasing sale items and there is no credit on out-of-stock products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACP, and its employees, excludes all liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage or personal injury, arising in any way out of a coupon holder participating in this offer, including, without limitation: (a) any technical difficulties; (b) coupons that are late, lost, damaged or misdirected prior to their receipt by the Promoter, or after receipt due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) any variation in the value of the offer to that stated in these conditions of entry; and (d) any tax liability incurred by a coupon holder. 12. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any coupon claimant; and/or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as deemed appropriate by the Promoter. 13. 1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. The competition is open to all residents of Australia except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion. 2. The promotional period commences June 1, 2009 and closes last mail received July 5, 2009. You can enter the promotion as many times as you like, however each entry needs to be in a separate envelope or via a separate email. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, creative and literary merit. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 3. To enter, simply write in to Shop Til You Drop either via mail, fax or email. By mail: Write your name, address and daytime contact phone number on the back of an envelope, and send your entry to Shop Til You Drop, Level 5, 54 Park Street, Sydney 2000. By fax: Write your name, address and daytime contact phone number on your entry and fax to (02) 8268 4630. By email: Send your entry to shop@acpmagazines.com.au, along with your name, address and daytime contact phone number. 4. Judging will take place weekly by a panel appointed by Shop Til You Drop. Judging will commence at the Promoter’s premises on July 13, 2009 at 5:30pm (AEST). 5. The winner will receive one Emu Australia prize pack, valued at $297. The prize pack will contain 1 x Stinger Mini Sheepskin Boots in Black, 1 x Stinger Mini Sheepskin Boots in Orchid Pink and 1 x Stinger Mini Sheepskin Boots in Sand. Available in sizes 4-11. 6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring between June 1, 2009 and the date the prize is claimed. Prize values mentioned are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing. 7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. Winners will be notified by mail. 8. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 9. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Notice (see below). 10.
