What is Style 4 Hire?
It’s a designer handbag hire site, specialising in labels like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Versace and Jimmy Choo – all for hire at a fraction of the retail price.

What kind of bags do you have?
We have everything from handbags and clutches to luggage, totes and shoulder bags. Definitely the most popular ones are any that are slightly unusual with a high retail value – that’s why it’s better to hire than buy.

What happens if the bag I want is being rented out by someone else?
We only have one of each style, but we do have a wish list service, so you can be the next in line to hire a particular bag if it’s out on loan.

How long do I get the bag for? How much does it cost?
As long as you like. Rates are listed for a week or a month, but we find a lot of our clients fall in love with our bags and decide to keep them on hire for longer. Prices start from as little as $20 a week, and go up to around $150 a week, depending on the style.

What happens at the end of the rental period?
Included in each bag is an express post bag so you can return the package to us the same way it was sent. The client only pays one way for shipping and we pay the rest.

Accidents do happen. What about if I spill something or lose the bag?
The short answer is that the client is held responsible if the bag is lost, stolen or damaged. The same way you are responsible if you hire any other product or service. All our clients treat our bags as if they were their own, but of course we do expect normal wear and tear.

How do I get my hands on my rental?
Once you’ve chosen a handbag to hire, fill out all your details at the secure checkout and once the order is approved it’s packed up nicely and shipped off to you. The whole process takes only a couple of days, so you can have your designer clutch for the weekend.

Do you ever have sales on old-season stock?
We have launched Style4Sale where we have put selected pieces on sale that are either brand new or near new condition – for a fraction of the price. Check out our current stock for sale here.

We are so excited to launch Style4Lay-By. We know the high-end fashion boutiques do not offer lay-by – but we love handbags as much as our clients do and thought we would do our bit to help them buy the bag they love. And you cater for men as well?
We’ll be launching a range for men in the future, but for now we have some luggage and messenger bags that are suitable for both men and women.
