Bikini blitz

Summer is knocking at our door, and you know what that means? It’s time to bring out the razor and shed those tights and jeans. No, it doesn’t give you an excuse to bring out the Oompa-Loompa fake tan though… the annual swimsuit season is upon us and it’s time to cram into the change rooms and try on the upcoming season’s bikinis. So ignore the little winter stomach bulge (come on, hot chocolates makes the cold so much better, right?) and the pasty white thighs, and just remember (unless you’ve skipped the last three months of the cold season for the sunny beaches of Thailand - I wish. Sigh), we’re all in the same boat!
My picks for the new season:
C&M Camilla and Marc Swim Spring 10 collection: Ruffles, bold colours and cute names like Whizz fizz, Animal crackers and Licorice allsorts.
Isola by Megan Gale: As seen in episode 4 of Australia’s Next Top Model, this Italian-inspired swimwear line includes one pieces and bikinis in colours like pink and blue. Sizes range from 8-16, and there are many styles to choose from.
