What is the best make-up for blemish prone skin in summer? I don’t want to be wearing heavy foundation in the hot weather when I’m swimming or going to the beach. Is it possible to achieve the illusion of perfect skin that foundation creates with another more beach-friendly product? Also, what is the best bronzer to use in summer?  
 

Hi Jacinta. There are some great new treatment foundations that are light-weight enough to wear in summer and to the beach, but also have benefits for the skin. Dermalogica and Nimue both have really nice ones. For a bronzer that might give you a little more coverage but is still appropriate for the long hot summer days, try a cream version like the new Maybelline Dream Glow. It’s a really nice consistency, goes on easy and gives your face or body a lovely glow and sheen.
